STC-9100 Anti-fog Hardcoating (Primerless)

Characteristics

* Thermal-cure anti-fog coating liquid for optical-grade polycarbonate plastic.

* Desirable Humidity and Water Resistance (anti-fogging performance remains active and effective even after complete submersion in water for 10 times).

* Desirable abrasion and scratch resistance.

Coating Methods

Dipping: thin down to 20% solids level, withdraw at 20-30cm/min and cure @  and cure @ 120 for 40 min .

Curtain coating: thin down to 20% solids level, run at 3-5m/min, pre-dry @ 40℃ 60 and cure @ 120 for 40 min.

Spraying: air spray, ANEST IWATA W-71 spray gun, air pressure @ 3-6kg/cm2, spray distance 15-20 cm, coating film thickness @ 3-5um, cured @ 120 for 40 min or 50 min.
